Japanese Flower – Chrysanthemum

White chrysanthemums are the flowers displayed at funerals in Japan.  I am writing this blog in honor of colleagues who have passed away, one of whom lost a 3 week battle to cancer today.  The other ten people were Japanese who suffered a violent attack at a project in Algeria.

Let’s all be reminded to make use of our days to the fullest and give our loved ones a hug.
